Appendix J Association

The Appendix J Association is the NSW club representing the Historic Group N touring cars and covers the three major categories of touring cars,  Na,  Nb  and Nc.  The Club conducts an Annual Championship for each of the categories and the Festival of Sporting Cars Race Meetings are proud to be part of that championship.

Confederation of Australian Motor Sport

CAMS Administers all 4 wheel motor sport in Australia licensing circuits, drivers, officials and registering cars. CAMS is responsible for controlling the safety of the sport.

Group S Association

The new Group S Association has been formed out of a loose association of the Historic Group S cars within the Historic movement.  It represents Historic production sports cars - namely Group S,  with currently three categories Sa,  Sb and Sc.  It conducts an annual championship for each category and the Festival or Sports Cars is proud to be included in that championship.

The car club established to offer competition for all Historic category cars in NSW with four regular race meetings a year. The HSRCA is the pre-eminent Historic club in Australia

Production Sportscar Racing Association
of Australia Inc

The Production Sportscar Racing Association of Australia Inc (PSCRAA) is proud to have long been a custodian of a contemporary Production Sports Car Racing tradition, which is steeped in the history and colour, of Australian Motor Sport. Sports cars have been integral to Australian motor sport grids from earliest times, being the main support category for the Australian Grand Prix (the world's 3rd oldest!), from inception, through the golden years of the "Tasman International F1 Series" and into the seventies.

Improved Production Racing Association
of NSW

The Improved Production Racing Association of NSW is the organising body for the Improved Production category of racing in NSW.
Improved Production was formerly known as "Club Cars", and is now
classified by CAMS as Category 3J. An Improved Production car is loosely
based on a modified road car - starting with a production body shell you can then carry out substantial modifications to engines, brakes,and suspension.

Veloce Racing Association (VRA)

The Veloce Racing Association Incorporated (VRA) is a group of Alfa Romeo motor racing enthusiasts based in Australia. The VRA is the only organisation in Australia promoting single marque Alfa Romeo open motor racing. The objective of the Association is; "To provide racers of eligible Alfa Romeos the opportunity to compete together in a spirit of close, but safe competition through the promotion of accessibility, affordability and fairness for all participants."

The Council of Motor Clubs

In late 2007, the CMC welcomed its 140th specialty motoring club to affiliate – those 140 clubs contain over 27,000 members with diverse interests that include trucks, buses, trams, ex-military vehicles, fire engines, motor cycles/scooters and cars, road going and racing, from the veteran, vintage, pre-war, post-war and modern eras. The role of the CMC is a representative one – it represents affiliated clubs and their members with authorities such as the RTA with reference to Conditional Historic Registration, the Federal Government on matters such as leaded fuel and its continued availability, and such like.
